SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern your purchase and use of subscription-based services offered by Godfrey Method (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including access to Godfrey Method On Demand (“GMOD” or the “Platform”). These Subscription Terms supplement and are incorporated into our Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms and Conditions, these Subscription Terms shall control with respect to subscription-related matters. By purchasing, accessing, or using a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES 

Godfrey Method On Demand is a subscription-based digital platform providing access to dance and movement training content, including but not limited to exercises, instructional lessons, across-the-floor progressions, and classes. We may offer multiple subscription plans, including Standard Plans, Plus Plans, and Studio Account Plans. Access to the Platform is granted as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license, and no ownership rights are conveyed. 

EIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY 

By subscribing, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental or guardian consent, and that all information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us of any unauthorized use. 

HEALTH AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY DISCLAIMER 

The Platform includes physical activity and dance instruction, which carry inherent risks, including risk of injury. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining your physical fitness and ability to participate and should consult a physician before beginning any program. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You assume all risks associated with participation and release the Company from liability arising from your use of the Platform. 

BILLING AND AUTO-RENEWAL 

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly, and annual subscriptions are billed annually. Charges occur on or about the same calendar day each billing cycle. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information at all times. We reserve the right to correct billing errors. 

FREE TRIALS 

We may offer free trial periods. Trials automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled prior to the end of the trial period. Billing begins immediately upon trial expiration. Users may be limited to one trial per account or plan. Free trials may not apply to all plans, including Studio Accounts. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw trial offers at any time. 

PRICING AND PRICE CHANGES 

Subscription pricing is displayed on our website and may be modified at our discretion. Any changes will take effect at the next billing cycle following notice, where required by law. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. 

PLAN CHANGES 

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Except as required by law, no prorated refunds or credits are provided. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or applicable platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access through that period. Failure to cancel prior to renewal will result in charges for the next billing cycle. 

REFUND POLICY 

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, failure to cancel prior to renewal, or unused time. Any exceptions are at our sole discretion. 

THIRD-PARTY BILLING 

If you subscribe through a third-party platform such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store, all billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by that platform. We are not able to issue refunds or modify subscriptions purchased through third parties.

FAILED PAYMENTS AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSION 

If a payment fails, we may retry processing, suspend access, or terminate the account after repeated failures. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. 

STUDIO ACCOUNTS 

Studio Accounts provide access for multiple authorized users. The account holder is responsible for all users and ensuring access is limited to authorized individuals. Sharing outside authorized users is prohibited. Studio subscriptions may not be resold or used for unauthorized commercial distribution. 

ACCEPTABLE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All content is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, display, record, or commercially exploit content or share login credentials beyond permitted use. Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action. 

CONTENT AVAILABILITY AND PLATFORM CHANGES 

We may modify, update, or remove content and change platform features at any time. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific content. 

SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS 

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and are not liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, connectivity issues, or third-party disruptions. 

TERMINATION 

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, unauthorized use, or fraudulent activity. Termination may result in immediate loss of access without refund. 

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS 

Promotions may be limited, time-sensitive, and non-transferable, and may not be combined unless stated. We reserve the right to modify or revoke promotions. Promotional codes, discounts, or special offers may not be applied to subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, as such purchases are subject to the pricing and payment terms of those platforms.

DATA AND PRIVACY 

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, and we may collect and use data to improve services. 

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control. 

GOVERNING LAW 

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms and Conditions. 

CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS 

We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
