Return Policy

Returns (Physical Products & Equipment)

This return policy applies only to physical products and equipment purchased from The Godfrey Method Shop. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return meets the above criteria: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The Godfrey Method will purchase the return shipping label and send it to the customer
  • The cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to:
  1. Return the item you currently have, and
  2. Place a new order once the return has been accepted.

 

Refunds (Physical Products)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the cost of the return shipping label. Please note:
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact info@thegodfreymethod.com.

Godfrey Method On Demand (Digital Subscriptions)

Godfrey Method On Demand memberships, subscriptions, and digital content are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital educational content and immediate access to the platform, we do not offer refunds for any Godfrey Method On Demand subscription purchases, including monthly or annual plans.
