My daughter has used this band several times with her Godfrey method classes. She had a similar band from Amazon but this one is better.
I have never seen a product like this before! I love the versatility it provides and allows your dance to work on so many different skills and build strength in all areas.

Well made. - most exercise products come with an instructional flyer, poster, web link or QR code. For the price of the item, including some instructions would be great.
