I am a flexibility coach and I use this band daily with my students! This band is fantastic and I highly recommend. Here are some details on why I like this band:
1. Length - this band is extra long, which is great for tall students and those with less flexibility.
2. Elasticity - this band has the perfect amount of elasticity, not too firm and not too stretchy.
3. Width/thickness - the band has a premium feel to it and I like the thickness of the band because it keeps it from slipping.
